Who, me?

 

Well, I've directed music videos, commercials, brand films, mini-docs for pharma/beauty/tech/lifestyle brands. I've also directed a short dark comedy, Buttress (Spring '22) about a young woman trying to balance a list of to-do's while addressing her grief after a sudden familial death. 

 

I graduated with a degree in Cinematography and studied acting at The Acting Studio of Chicago as well as improv at iO. I've been featured in commercials, web series, and films. I've also worked as a Producer for various production houses in Chicago. This combination of skills provided me with the tools for directing; speaking the language of actors, the technical dialogue of camera & lighting, and the client management of Producing.

I adore working with actors and am obsessed with the molding and shaping process. Whether that be for dramatic or comedic purposes, it is incredibly rewarding. I've had the privilege of directing actors and models for commercials as well as comedic content for The Second City of Chicago.

 

Currently, my butt is parked in Los Angeles with my lovable partner and co-creative, Tony Santiago. I'm a pretty darn good cook, I love anything Studio Ghibli & Wonder Woman (ask me, I have tattoos!), and I have a mild obsession with the cosmos.
