What I'm MOST excited for this season is that sequins, sparkle and glam are no longer tied to New Years or holidays but are free for all to enjoy at anytime you want a little pop!
If my plans had called for it, however, this sweater was in the rotation for potential New Years Eve attire.

I would describe my style as simple and monotone, with great textures, various pops of pattern and print, but relaxed and casual. For the most part, at least. I do have a flicker of a few items that break that trend but overall, I'm drawn to black & white but with excellent details in the close up.

The sweater is actually unbelievable soft. You'd think by looking at the texture it would be rough or scratchy but it's more like laying on a bunch of fluffy sheep. And I really like the way the sweater plays in photos. It's almost like it's been sprinkled with stardust. Paired with super light wash denim, this outfit is one of my favorites to don for an upscaled, casual affair.
