A 70's Trench Coat

I have always been in love with the trench coat look, but beige is just a gaudy color with my pale, colorless skintone. With the 70's back in style, I opted for this mossy green trench that is surprisingly, quite warm. I absolutely adore it!

We had 80 degrees here in Chicago and then a very slushy snow storm. Which is pretty normal here so I shouldn't be so surprised. It gave me an opportunity to to drag this coat out of the closet, so I'm happy. I foresee us seeing a lot of dark colored trench coats this spring. I found a dark navy blue one with a slight sheen that is absolutly breathtaking. Easily wearable from day to evening.
